This video should be shown to every coach and at every club annual meeting in the country! Parents and kids don’t understand that 2:1 ratio is no where near enough, but they would prefer 1:1. Outrageous!
I think the biggest problem isn’t the amount of training our youth players have, but the quality of training they are receiving. The majority of soccer coaches in this country do no understand the game, and many of the ones that do coach to win, not to develop players. We need to focus on making sure our coaches are running their trainings properly.
