  1. in countries other than England where “rugby” football was popular before “association” football was introduced…it is called soccer. Countries such as South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and USA. Get over it, this argument is a bit pointless by now.

  2. I seen this documentary at the Media Film festival! It was an awesome display of what happened. I truly felt like I apart the event.

  3. Wrong the stadiums are being used by super rugby and soccer teams… also concerts and religious gatherings.

  4. except the two countries this is about call it soccer, it has nothing to do with playing the ball with your feet, but rather playing with a ball while running.

  5. This looks like a fun watch (and I was there in 2010 for 3 US matches) but… will it ask the tough questions?
The World Cup was of questionable value overall for South Africa, with useless stadiums sitting unused today. And most average working South Africans couldn’t afford tickets.
    I just hope this isn’t FIFA propaganda…

  6. Nice trailer: the colors are popping, great graphics and nice audio = great work!!

  7. Can’t wait for this. I get goosebumps every time I look back over WC2010 footage and start remembering my time there!

  8. Brings back memories … Cape Town/Port Elizabeth/Johannesburg. I was very lucky to be there. Looking forward to this production.
