  7. I don’t care if it’s checkers you are playing(not to undermine the beautiful game) but man, when u put on that red,white, and blue and represent that flag we all come together and cheer. We might not be the best nation in the world, but we pull together like no other. Those women did a tremendous job, only a wounded nation and the heavy hearts of 11 players could put a stop to them. Japan was relieved of grief(even if only for an instant) by those valiant warriors those ladies never gave up.

  14. So proud of our American Girls in the World Cup. I know it the past people think TITLE IX has been bad for male college sports but this is is the exact reason why TITLE IX was needed, to support great female sports events like this. And college female sports help other male sports even because if there was no female college sports then the university’s would just spend all there money on their Football or Basketball teams.
