I honestly dont know about americans in italy, but I think its Michael Bradley in Germany? We don’t beg for credit, even the Bob Bradley has complimented the Scottish and English leagues for how much we’ve helped his team. That says enough..
you are just begging for credit arent you. we have players in german and italian leagues. why do you care so much if america bows down to you good god? and like history shows we are only getting better. idk how great compared to world but i am still proud of my nations team and i will stand by them. besides our players going to england is making them better and learning their style of play so we can better play it. its win win for USA all around, you pay them to learn your methods 🙂
USA have gotten a lot better, because most of the team play in England. Clint Dempsey said after the game it was just like a premierleague clash. So really, all American football fans should also thank England.
of corse, players go to europe to become better players, there is better talent there and the MLS is more of a retirement stage and a beginners stage. but i am not talking about club i am talking about international level, USA has gotten a lot better and is only getting better. and you did imply you invented the sport. you didnt invent any of it only changed it. invent means the first of its kind and if you didnt invent it why should we call it what you tell us to call it. respect us

Not sure about the american youth system but good luck to it. Lets hope the MLS get even more of our reject players and lets keep hoping the Americans continue to post all their promising players to us 🙂

Hardly any of the American international team play in American.. Brad Guzan, Tim Howard, Jay Demerit, Clint Dempsey. Thats because they knew they would get further in their football career if they cam here. Brazil invented the Samba of football in the Favelas. It wasn’t London, it was Sheffield that invented it as it is today. I never implyed we invented the whole concept of football as we know today, but we’ve dont a hell of a lot more for the sport than the Americans have

There was soccer/football games being played by the chinese and it was called cuju during the years 476-221 BC. Then the Romans and Greeks played the game as well. then waaay later while it was becoming more popular you English made it illegal in the 14th century, thats true love of the sport there pal. and just so you know the word soccer came before football, cheers 🙂
We invented it. The oldest team in the world was created in a city called Sheffield. The oldest team in our top 4 flights of football is Nottingham County. Thats team is easily 50 years older than your oldest club. Quite a funny arguement, because you get all of the premierships oaps.. ie. Freddy Lumjberg, David Beckham, Thierry Henry. Agreed, on an international stage, as painful as it is for both countries, there is very little difference.
